The user needs to select the default browser of Internet Explorer at the time of using web browser.

For Internet Explorer restoring follow below steps settings:

  • Click Control tab and click on enable.
  • After complete this step go to the connection tab
  • Click on Never dial connection
  • Choose the ISP if the user use dial up node.
  • Verify the LAN Setting and make sure that the user need to check detect setting.
  • Verify the use a Proxy Server and they need to note down port and address with using the proxy server. It is recommended that no tick marks on Proxy. The user can deselect the user proxy box if the port 80 is available.
  • Now they need to go into Advanced Tab and Restore Advanced Setting Button
  • Here is the section (setting), Use TLS 1.1, TLS 1.0 and Use TLS 1.2
  • Tick on Use TLS 1.0 option and deselect the Use TLS 1.2 and Use TLS 1.1
  • Select the Internet Explorer and restart their machine
  • After opening the QuickBooks, update it again:
  • Now the user requires to update QuickBooks 2008 or newest version and select update now tab.
  • For update QuickBooks 2006- Select on the file- QuickBooks update. Select an update now.
  • After clicking on update, still there is no result found, start safe mode and download the updates again.
  • Reset the QuickBooks update with restart their machine. During download and start safe mode they need to select company file in single user mode.
  • Repair the internet explorer and completely clean and scan of QuickBooks
