a. Open the QuickBooks Software
b. Click on Next tab on the error pop-up.
c. Select the Advanced Connection Settings option.
d. Under the window called the Internet, Properties click on Advanced tab
e. Followed by checking the below-mentioned options:
1. Use SSL 2.0
2. Use SSL 3.0
f. Now select the Apply option and then OK tab.
g. Close the window and then Restart the QuickBooks software.
h. Now again try to Update the QuickBooks payroll Application.
