  1. Click to  Maintain > Select Users, and then click to Set Up Security
  2. Then Click OK, if any warnings occur
  3. Click to New User
  4. Enter the User Name and then Password
  5. Choose the next box to the desired role > Click the New Role to built a new role for the user
  6. Click Save
  7. And then Click Close
  8. Login to the user account  and check the access of the company

 Option III: Add a user from a different company

  1. Click on Maintain > Select Users, and then click on Set Up Security
  2. Under the User Name, position the existing user
  3. Choose to Add user to this organization
  4. Click OK
  5. Login to the user account  and check the access of the company

Option IV: Create a new user in the Sage 50 organization file

  1. Start the Sage 50 organization file
  2. Click at the top of the Maintain menu
  3. Click Users > Choose Set Up Security at the bottom menu
  4. You will be prompted to the window ‘User Security’. Select the New User button on the right
  5. You will be then prompted to the window User rights. Select a Username and Password for adding a new user and choose the access
  6.  Once you add a user in Sage 50 accounts, close the window ‘User Security’
